| APPLY TO FRESH FISH 2012 | TERMS & CONDITIONS | |
| Date: 9-11th mars, 2012 Where: Clarion Hotel Post, Gothenburg Cost: Applying is free of charge. Included are ~10 m² of space for the participant to decorate. Electricity, internet connection and lights are also included. Last day for application: 5/2, 2012 Your application should include a personal letter, CV, sketches and illustrations. Photographs are optional. Collect everything in ONE pdf-file before 5/2, 2012. The contributions are judged by a renowned jury and 40 participants get the chance to show off their creations during three eventful days. The selected participants will be published on the site 8/2. Therefor it's important that all information is correct in the application. Every participant get the chance to show one outfit during fashion shows spread out during the three days.No props are allowed during these fashion shows. Also included are lookbook photos taken by Andreas Sundgren, one DVD with footage from the show created by film artist Sarah Schmidt and four free exhibition tickets / booth. Fresh Fish 2012 will award two different awards: - Best Fashion Designer - Best Jewellery/Accessory Designer Each winner in those two categories is awarded with: - 20 000 SEK - Inspirational trip worth 10 000 SEK (Destination is determined by the winner) - One year subscription to WGSN.com (worth 160 00 SEK) New for 2012 is that the winner of Best Jewellery/Accessory Designer also get to design a whistle together with Falling Whistles Learn more about » Falling Whistles |

Applicants for participation in the Fresh Fish 2012 fashion fair must agree to comply with, and be bound by, the following terms and conditions: • By submitting this application, you agree to comply with the rules of conduct for the fair, to respect appointed schedules, and to behave in a conscientious manner in all respects. • Sales of articles such as clothing, shoes and accessories may only be conducted if the articles remain at the fair until 4:30 p.m. on Sunday 11 mars 2012. • The decision of the jury is unanimous and cannot be appealed. • All images, text and other content associated with Fresh Fish is protected by copyright law, trademark protection, and other intellectual property right regulations and legislation. Unless otherwise indicated, all material is the exclusive property of Fresh Fish. All use of such material must therefore be pre-approved by Fresh Fish. • Any applicable profit tax shall be paid by the winner. • These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. New Terms and Conditions are applicable from the moment they are posted on the website • Your contact information will be used by us to process your application. For your application to be considered, you must therefore give your consent to such use of your contact information, as required by the Swedish Personal Data Act (1998:204).
